I was suggested this company by a dear friend of mine who regularly has appointments with earwaxgone. I was delighted by the service from the moment I had my first phone call to the end of my appointment. The attentiveness of the team was incredible, the atmosphere was positive, and the clinician made me feel reassured when discussing all my queries. The process was quick and swift and the added bonus of not having to travel really did make a difference for me. The level of care exceeded the services I had previously visited by a mile, I can see why this service came so highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend earwaxgone to others

Great service, appointment within days of the phone call. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Phone call to say they are on the way. On arrival they explained what they were going to do to Mum. He was very efficient and caring towards mum who is 96 and housebound. Will definitely be using this service again

Cannot fault this company. They came to visit my elderly mother for both ear wax removal. They phoned to let us know they were on their way with a time of arrival. All i can say is wow, the experience i had was second to none. Esa was on time, explained the whole procedure and continued to explain whilst he was doing the procedure. The procedure wasn’t rushed, he made sure i was comfortable during the whole thing. I never usually leave reviews but when someone does a service that is just brilliant, i had to. Once again thank you so much esa & i will for sure recommend this to anyone and everyone and i will book again in 6 months time.

Raheem was very professional and took time to explain the procedure and was careful to ask my father whether he was comfortable. I woukd use the service again.

The first time my elderly mum had her ears syringed so was feeling very nervous and the person that came to do the procedure, Rahveem was such a nice person and made her feel at ease and calm. The ear wax was very hard, so it took a lot longer than normal to remove, but he didn't rush. and had a bit of discomfort, but he really put her feelings first and didn't rush. So happy we chose this company and will be booking an appointment regularly from now on. We would recommend them to anyone who wants ear wax removal. So happy, thank you. Excellent service.

Excellent ear wax at home service from start to finish. Easy to book on the phone. Kept informed when the ear wax specialist, Ishmail was on his way. My 91year old father, had a brilliant experience. We used Ercol Olive Oil Spray a week before the appointment, to moisten the ear wax, which led to an easier to extraction, and all be removed without any discomfort to the ear. My father wears hearing aids, which can lead to a buildup of earwax in the ear. We will continue to use the Ercol Spray weekly and rebook for another visit in 6-months time.

If you are in pain or you need your wax removed quickly in the commodity of your own home/workplace this is the only company your want to call! Massive thanks to Esa, super professional and nice
